Persist: Terms and Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using the Persist mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

3. User Accounts and Data

3.2 Data Storage: The App temporarily stores your habit tracking data, goals, and progress information on our servers. This data is retained until you actively delete it or close your account.

3.3 Data Ownership: You retain ownership of all data you input into the App. We do not claim ownership of your personal habit information.

3.4 Data Deletion: You can delete your data at any time through the App settings. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers.

4. Acceptable Use

4.2 Prohibited Use: You agree not to:
